These are some rules I have made up that change the T&T game
Armor-For every 5 points of damage armor takes subtract 1 from
the amount it can withstand.
EXAMPLE-Karnoff wears leather armor (can take 7 hits). He got
hit 5 times in this round. Although he didnt get hurt subtract 1
from the armors value=6.
Mages-Instead of subtracting how ever many points from the stat
STR each time a spell is cast subtract it from MAG (Magic). This
stat increases at 1 point a turn for Rogues and 2 points a turn for
Fighters-In addition to however many dice the weapon
of the user gets the fighter also gets additional dice equal to
his level #.
EXAMPLE-Gniff the Half-Orc is a 3rd level fighter. He uses
a Pata (4 dice + 0 adds). In addition to the 4 dice he gets 3 extra
dice, so he would have a total of 7 (4 + 3 = 7) dice.
Rogues-Rogues always get a +1 on DEX or LK based saving
Classes In General-I think different classes should roll different dice.
Races In General-here is the multiplier for the different races.
